Hours:

Full-time, including weekends on a rota

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Car Sales Executive to join our busy Bristol dealership. You will be responsible for generating sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, and consistently achieving personal and team sales targets.

• Engage with customers on the forecourt, via phone, and online
• Promote and sell vehicles while providing outstanding customer service
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
• Upsell finance, warranties, and additional products
• Follow up with existing customers to maximise repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer records in the dealer management system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

• Proven experience in car sales (franchise or independent dealer experience preferred)
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and personable approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of finance products and add-ons (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence

• £45,000 - £55,000 OTE
