Job Title: Multi Drop Driver

Location: Bicester

Hours per week: Minimum 48 hours – 6 days/week (Mon-Fri full days + Sat morning)

Salary: £35,642.88

Route: Applicants should ideally live within 10 miles of OX26 3HA

This role supports Cencora’s wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, is a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products, serving over 17,000 pharmacies, hospitals, and dispensing doctors throughout the United Kingdom. We play a significant role in the medical supply chain and everything we do directly impacts the patient.

• Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
• Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any other relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy.
• Lift tote bins up to 25 kg.
• Deliver upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.

• Valid manual driving licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points.
• Proven experience as a Multi Drop van driver or similar role.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
