Warehouse - Picking & Packing Operative
Location:
Bicester
Contract Details:
Full time, permanent
Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Picking, checking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Shipping and packing large, palletised shipments
Loading and unloading vehicles
Booking in and moving stock deliveries
Stock allocation and storage
Computerised dispatch and order processing
Carrying out stock takes and product screening when required
Working to agreed targets and deadlines
About You
Previous Picking & Packing experience is essential
Strong attention to detail
Basic English and Maths skills
Good communication skills
Basic IT skills (Word/Excel beneficial but not essential)
Ability to problem solve
Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment
