Warehouse Operative

Aligra are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy afternoon shift team in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling parcels and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the site.  Aligra have been established since 2007 and have since implemented supply partnerships with a number of the UK's leading logistics companies.

Whilst we work across all industries, we specialise in recruitment and talent management for the Automotive and Engineering, Driving and Industrial, Hospitality and Professional and Executive sectors.
Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently to meet dispatch deadlines
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and correctly
Moving stock and parcels around the warehouse using manual handling methods
Checking parcel labels, destinations and quantities
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and compliant with site standards
Working closely with team members to maintain a smooth overnight operation
Following health and safety procedures at all times

Previous warehouse, parcel sorting or logistics experience is preferred
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Good attention to detail and reliability
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

12.71 per hour
Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 20:30
Immediate start available
