Aligra are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy afternoon shift team in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling parcels and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the site.
You’ll be part of a team responsible for sorting parcels, loading and unloading vehicles, and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient throughout the night. - Keeping your work area clean, tidy and compliant with site standards
- Working closely with team members to maintain a smooth overnight operation
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous warehouse, parcel sorting or logistics experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
