Bookkeeper

Agri-Scape Golf Course Construction, Inc. has been delivering high‑quality golf course construction and renovation projects across the eastern United States since 1981. With headquarters in Ellington, Connecticut and a secondary office in Ocala, Florida, the company employs approximately 50 dedicated professionals.

The Bookkeeper will serve a full‑time, on‑site team located in Biddeford, ME. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts and preparing financial reports using accounting software and adhering to company policies.

• Record day‑to‑day financial transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile accounts and monitor account balances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, journal entries and record management.
• Experience with financial statements and basic finance principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an on‑site team.
• Relevant certifications or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field are a plus.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is beneficial.
