The Role:

Member Service Representative I

As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be the face of Lighthouse Credit Union—proactively identifying member needs and referring them to products and services that enrich their financial lives. You'll handle routine transactions, initiate meaningful conversations, and serve as a single point of contact to build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packets with accuracy and courtesy.
• Balance your cash drawer/TCR and maintain privacy and security.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve member issues with care.
• Initiate conversations to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen relationships.
• Conduct warm outbound calls to current members to uncover needs and offer solutions.
• Support branch operations and assist with audits as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to attendance policies.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience as a teller, cashier, or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy.

Work Environment & Requirements

This role is fully onsite in a professional setting. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and leadership at every level. Ability to walk, stand, sit, speak, read, write, see, hear, push or pull (with or without accommodation). Frequent stationary work with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
