Rehab Without Walls – Neuro Rehab is a neuro rehabilitation program that provides care in the home, community, workplace, or school. We specialize in helping individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA regain functional capabilities and independence through continuum of care beyond institutional settings.

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly re‑assess the effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety; provide referrals and education resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, service recipients and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least one year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
• Fine motor skills, visual acuity, ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently.
• Health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter.

Salary Range: USD $50.00 – $55.00 / Hour
