Summary
The Director - Medical Imaging role is responsible for the development, implementation, operation and maintenance of efficient systems that provide patient centered, community focused, cost effective, clinically effective, coordinated care for Diagnostic Imaging Services. The Director has primary responsibility for financial management and cost control, development and implementation of operating strategies, personnel, data management, and safety and regulatory compliance. Based on location, this role may be assigned responsibility for other services.

The Director has primary responsibility for financial management and cost control, development and implementation of operating strategies, personnel, data management, and safety and regulatory compliance. RequiredMinimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technologist program required. If approved, graduation from a respiratory therapy program may be substituted. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Master’s Degree preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current State License required in one of the diagnostic modalities required. ARRT or RRT required. - Experience:
Five years of experience in a hospital setting required. Emphasis in Imaging Services, Laboratory or Respiratory Therapy preferred. Three years of progressive leadership experience preferred. - Additional Skills/Requirements
