Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed and experienced LCSW or LCPC to provide comprehensive counseling and support for individuals with neurological injuries and conditions. The role is part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients regain independence and reintegrate into their communities.
What You’ll Do- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess social, emotional, and support needs of patients and families.
- Set measurable objectives in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
- Assist physicians and other team members in understanding social and emotional factors related to the patient’s health problems.
- Counsel patients and families to cope with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses.
- Participate in care coordination activities and act as a resource to other health team members in identifying and resolving patient needs.
- Identify and assist patients and families in utilizing appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives.

- Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
- Current licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnoses.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds; transfer patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
- Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and endurance for walking/standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and frequent positioning.

Compensation$40.00 – $46.00 per hour.
