What We're Looking For:Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Two years of college or equivalent hospital leadership experience.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (preferred; can be obtained post-hire).
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement.
