We’re supporting a leading manufacturer company in Biddeford, ME that is hiring 15 Manufacturing Operators for their day and night shift. No prior manufacturing experience is required, just basic math skills. Candidates from hospitality, food service, retail, and entry‑level labor roles have all been successful here. Work is independent, hands‑on, and ideal for individuals who prefer a quieter, low‑interaction environment.

• Operate multi‑directional manufacturing machines
• Load/unload equipment and record basic production data
• Inspect materials, parts, and machine output
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures

• GED or high school diploma
• Basic math ability (must pass assessment)
• Comfortable working independently in a hands‑on role

• $1,000 sign‑on bonus
• 16 ETO days + 12 paid holidays (includes winter shutdown)
