The Production Assistant role is an essential part of our operation ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order production. 7am start time.
Daily Tasks:- Using industrial equipment to mix, cut, enrobe, and wrap product
- Frequently use large sized manual rolling pin
- Measuring and prepping ingredients
- General cleaning up, including sweeping/mopping floors, hand-washing dishes, wiping/sanitizing surfaces, removing trash and recycling, etc.
- Hand packing wrapped product into retail boxes
- Performing other manual tasks as necessary
