TIG Welder – Work on Complex Custom Projects
Pay Rate: $26-$36/hour
Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We're hiring 2 experienced TIG Welders for an immediate opening in Biddeford! Our client is a well-established, safety-focused manufacturing company known for its excellent culture, long-term stability, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. These positions pay $26-$36/hour and are temp-to-hire opportunities .

Typical Daily Duties:Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum materials
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bills of materials to complete projects accurately
Inspect finished products, verify measurements, and maintain quality standards throughout production
Perform routine equipment safety checks and preventive maintenance
Operate related fabrication equipment, including stud welders and rolling equipment as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
2-5 years of sheet metal TIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and mechanical drawings
Strong math skills, including converting fractions and decimals
Ability to read a tape measure and use precision measuring tools
Understanding of material types, gauges, and welding-related metal characteristics
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
