McDonald’s is hiring Shift Managers for opening, day, and closing shifts. We are looking for motivated leaders who can ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers while supporting the team.

Description

Shift Managers lead every shift, ensuring customers receive fast and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety and cleanliness, and communicate with the next shift manager.

Requirements
  • Shift Manager experience or similar leadership role in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to enforce quality, safety, and service standards.
  • Flexible schedule, able to cover opening, day, and closing shifts.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
