Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Old Orchard Beach, ME, is hiring Servers for our full‑time positions (entry level). Join us to create an exceptional guest experience in a fun, flexible environment.

You will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring they have an outstanding dining experience while following health and safety standards.

• Welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and anticipate their needs.
• Take accurate orders and deliver them in a timely, friendly manner.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and comply with food safety regulations.
• Use protective gear (hand and face coverings) and disinfecting supplies as required.
• Assist with plate transport and other duties lasting up to four hours per shift.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and dining‑room staff.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing high‑quality guest service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform duties for up to four hours per shift.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
