Description And Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you’ll ensure Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts in executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love.

• Flexible schedule, Monday-Friday.
• Merchandise brands you know and love across categories.
• Variety in daily tasks.

• Locate merchandise in backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to maintain best shelf appearance.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as instructed.
• Build displays to showcase client products.
• Answer step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Act as the face of Premium in Walmart stores.
• Work independently while maintaining a relationship with Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
• Share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must report work the same day you complete it.

• Reliable transportation between retail locations.
• Smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
