Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The General Maintenance Tech I is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement. This position works under the supervision of the Lead Technician and Facility Manager, contributing to a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple areas, including carpentry, painting, moves/setups, and locksmithing.
The role will involve hands‑on work such as interior and exterior painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, and lock repairs. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and also thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
PayPay: $20 per hour (annualized to $41,600).
Total CompensationTotal Compensation: Ranges from $56,847 to $69,766, depending on the medical and dental plans selected.
