Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Bideford, Devon. • Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs to the highest standards, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to accurately identify vehicle issues
• Fit tyres, including wheel alignment, interpreting readings and making necessary adjustments
• Replace mechanical components such as brakes, exhausts, batteries, and suspension parts
• Conduct MOT repairs in accordance with current regulations and standards
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and diagnostics to assess repair needs
• Advise customers on maintenance schedules and future repair work
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in the Automotive Industry
• Proven experience in vehicle repairs, including tyres, brakes, exhausts, and suspension
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and testing equipment as the Vehicle Technician
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
