Project Manager, Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong passion for engineering and product development to join a growing team in Devon. • Lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
• Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, issues and project outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive successful product development and project execution.
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, verification and qualification.
• Produce and maintain documentation required to support development and delivery activities.

• Manage project resources and budgets effectively to support delivery objectives.
• Ensure adherence to NPI processes, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, business initiatives and proposal activities to support operational efficiency and future growth.

• A background in Aerospace, industrial or electronics.
• Full product life‑cycle experience.
