We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong passion for engineering and product development to join a growing team in Devon. In this role, you'll lead key product development initiatives, driving projects from concept through to delivery while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful outcomes across our product portfolio.

• Lead engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, and project outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders to drive successful product development and project execution.
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements capture, design, implementation, verification, and qualification.
• Produce and maintain documentation required to support development and delivery activities.

• Manage project resources and budgets effectively to support delivery objectives.
• Ensure adherence to NPI processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, business initiatives, and proposal activities to support operational efficiency and future growth.

• A background in an Aerospace, industrial or electronics
• Full product lifecycle experience
