Location: Great Torrington
Our client in Devon is looking for an experienced Senior Housing Standards / Housing Enforcement Officer to support the private sector housing and enforcement function.
An EHO is preferred, however strong non-EHO candidates with significant housing enforcement experience will also be considered.
This role suits a confident practitioner able to lead by example, mentor other officers, and contribute to reviewing and improving housing enforcement procedures and practices, alongside day-to-day enforcement work.

* Rate:
Circa £45 - £50 per hour
* Contract:
12 months
* Start: ASAP
* Working pattern:
Hybrid
Experience required:
* Strong background in private sector housing / housing enforcement
* Confidence taking formal enforcement action
* Ability to work independently and support team development
