Join Us as a Support Worker – Nights at Kingsley House, Devon. We provide high‑quality residential and day services for autistic adults, supporting them to develop vocational and life skills.
AboutThe Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
- Support life skills & independence (budgeting, shopping, meal preparation)
- Personal experience or passion for helping others, especially vulnerable people
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential
- Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
- Part‑time position: 22 hours per week with flexible working pattern, including weekend work
- Must be able to carry out a criminal background check; possession of an Enhanced DBS Check (updated or within last 12 months) preferred
