Community Healthcare Assistant

Your Role:

We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team. We offer set shifts per week and have days and night packages available. You are always in one client's home for your shift, so no travelling around, ensuring consistency for you and the client you care for. We also offer flexible ad‑hoc shifts including days and waking nights. This role involves delivering person‑centred care within a client's home, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained.

We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are reliable, confident working independently and flexible. • At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)
• Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility (moving and handling)
• The right to work in the UK
• Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales)
• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
