Registered Manager wanted for a small CQC rated “Good” Learning Disability Care Home in the Bideford / Westward Ho! Area.

We are looking for a manager to run a CQC rated Good home for younger adults with Learning disabilities and complex needs.

We have a full staff team at the home providing 24‑hour support, including 1:1 staffing during waking hours and shared waking night support.

You will need to put the residents’ best interests at the heart of everything you do.

Having good problem‑solving skills is important as well as being able to remain calm under pressure.

You will be supported by an experienced senior manager as well as having a full staff team in place at the home.

The hours will be 40 hours per week – primarily Monday to Friday, though some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the home if it were to be necessary.

Statutory 5.6 weeks annual leave entitlement applies which runs from January to December.

There is also an expectation to be part of the companies on‑call management team which will be explained at interview.

You will need to have an NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification or willing to work towards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
