CNC Milling Programmer / Setter / Operator, Bideford, Devon £37,440 to £45,760  overtime  relocation support (accommodation for your first 6 months) Forge Engineering Recruitment is working with a well-established, family-run precision engineering company in Bideford, North Devon. They're growing their team and looking for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer / Setter / Operator to join them. This is a hands-on role where you'll program, set and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

It suits someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a positive, well-organised workshop. If you're not local, they'll help you move. Accommodation is provided for your first 6 months. What you'll be doing
• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Manufacturing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Carrying out quality checks and keeping production records up to date
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Keeping a clean, safe and efficient workplace What they're looking for
• Experience with Hurco, XYZ or Siemens controls (highly desirable)
• A completed engineering apprenticeship in machining, or equivalent experience
• A strong understanding of machining principles, tooling and materials
• Able to work on your own and as part of a close-knit team
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude What's on offer • £37,440 to £45,760 depending on experience
