Are you an experienced horticultural professional with the leadership skills, technical expertise, and operational focus to guide a dedicated team within a nationally important garden?

RHS Garden Rosemoor is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Team Leader to run the day‑to‑day management, maintenance, and development of the garden’s original landscape, its historic heart. The landscape has many horticultural highlights – the Mediterranean Garden, Arboretum, and Exotic Garden, to name a few.

In this role, you will provide clear direction, supervision, and support to the team, ensuring work is planned, prioritised, and delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard. You will take a leading role in the sustainable stewardship of the garden’s plant collection, applying sound horticultural judgement while helping to shape practices that protect the many rare plants grown here and plan for the future with climate change in mind.
