Location: Northam
You will join Young’s Pubs as Sous Chef, gaining autonomy to create menus and specials with your Head Chef. You’ll access our apprenticeship schemes, masterclasses and training days to boost your skills, while enjoying perks like free meals and staff discounts across Young’s pubs and hotels.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage the kitchen team rota, training and health and safety, and help design daily menus and specials with creativity and planning to drive growth.
