Key Responsibilities:
Ordering Menu planning Organising FOH team & delegating Batch cooking & prep Maintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00). Hospitality Assisting with deliveries Covering nights service with pre booked holidays 18:00-02:00 Covering weekend service with pre booked holidays 07:30-14:30 Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment) Liaising with client Requirements:
