Catering to a wide range of premium dining experiencesfrom high-volume banqueting to fine dining and outdoor eventsthe estate prides itself on utilizing local, seasonal, and sustainable produce .

This role is ideal for a self-motivated chef with strong banqueting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment .

Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to established recipe requirements and specifications . Maintain strict quality control on every dish regarding both execution and presentation . Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menu development . Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness are consistently met . Communicate effectively with the Front of House team to guarantee smooth service delivery .

Candidate Requirements Proven banqueting experience within a high-volume kitchen . Solid track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment . Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and detail . Must be a driver with full access to private transport (due to the remote venue location near Hemel Hempstead, public transport is limited/unavailable for shift patterns) .
