Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our dedicated team in Bideford. You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on various vehicles
Diagnose and repair faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Conduct safety checks and quality inspections on completed work
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and parts used
Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain workshop productivity and high customer satisfaction Requirements
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – essential
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship Benefits
