mediserv AG in Biel/Bienne sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Kundenservice (m/w | 80-100%). Sie betreuen Abrechnungsprozesse im Factoring und Inkasso, kommunizieren kompetent mit Kunden, Patienten, Krankenkassen und Behörden und tragen zur Qualitätssicherung bei.
Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung mit mind. 3 Jahren Erfahrung, sprechen Deutsch als Muttersprache und haben gute Französischkenntnisse;
Homeoffice-Option möglich.
