Val Job sucht eine engagierte Call Center Agentin/Agentin in Vollzeit in der Region Bern. Sie betreuen aktiv Anfragen der Kundschaft, pflegen Daten in der Datenbank und bearbeiten Reklamationen – telefonisch und schriftlich – in einem serviceorientierten Umfeld.
Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und idealerweise Erfahrung im Call Center. Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch oder Englisch runden das Profil ab. Teamarbeit und Flexibilität sind willkommen.
