- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und
-anliegen - Pflege der Kundendatenbank
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit
- Erste Erfahrung im Call Center oder Kundendienst
- Deutsch-, Französisch- oder Englischkenntnisse
- Flexibilität und Teamarbeit
