Eine Stadtverwaltung mit Sitz in Biel sucht eine fachlich versierte und engagierte Leitung für ihre bilingualen Kitas. In dieser Rolle sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Betriebsführung mit einem motivierenden Führungsstil zu gestalten und die individuelle Betreuung der Kinder in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen. Voraussetzungen sind ein Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Pädagogik oder Sozialwesen sowie mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung. Sie sollten die beiden Amtssprachen Deutsch und Französisch fließend sprechen und Freude an der Arbeit in einem multikulturellen Umfeld haben.
