UNITED MACHINING sucht eine/n technikaffine/n Kundendienstmitarbeiter/in zur eigenständigen Betreuung technischer Anfragen. Sie koordinieren Störungen, analysieren Probleme und unterstützen die Hotline.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Prüfung von Technikerberichten und die Abwicklung von Kundenfällen inklusive Rechnungsstellung. Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, gute Steuerungskenntnisse (Heidenhain/Siemens) sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
