We are looking for a Project Manager to lead packaging development projects in the watchmaking industry.

• Lead the different phases of projects, including feasibility studies, development, and industrialization.
• Participate in gathering and formalizing technical requirements and defining project specifications.
• Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Ensure clear and effective communication and provide regular project reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the capitalization of best practices.
• Integrate innovation, technical performance, and sustainability considerations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or an equivalent field (HES/EPF).
• Significant experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of plastics engineering, polymer materials, and manufacturing/processing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French with a minimum B2 level in English.
