We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Industrialisation department as a Technical Drafter. In this key role, you will be responsible for the 2D drawings of our primarily mechanical movements and will ensure a seamless interface between Development, Industrialisation, Procurement and Production.

• Production of detailed technical drawings (2D) for product components and assemblies in accordance with relevant standards and quality requirements
• Close collaboration with the Development, Industrialisation, Procurement and Production departments
• Maintenance of data and product information in the ‘Vault PRO’ product data management system
• Supporting the data entry and maintenance of new components
• Analysing and optimising the production processes for movement components to improve efficiency and quality

• A completed apprenticeship as a technical drafter or comparable qualification, with several years’ experience in the field of microcomponents, ideally with watch movement components in the watchmaking industry
• Very good knowledge of CAD software (e.g. Inventor, Solid Works, AutoCAD) for creating and editing technical drawings
• Practical experience of using ERP systems to manage bills of materials and components, as well as, ideally, knowledge of PDM tools such as ‘Vault PRO’
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to independently develop solutions to technical challenges
• Ability to collaborate across teams with various departments and external partners, as well as clear, professional communication skills
