Senior Analog IC Designer

Job responsibilities:

• Formulate the analog mixed-signal circuit architecture according to system requirements and chip definitions and determine the technical indicators of each functional module;
• Use BCD/BiCMOS/CMOS technology to design analog circuits independently;
• Plan the floorplan of the chip and functional modules and guide the layout engineer to carry out the layout design;
• Work with the team to define high-quality power management architecture and solutions that meet market demand and have competitive advantages;
• Work together with team members to complete the projects on time and cooperate with application and system engineering teams to transform product ideas into specific design specifications;
• Responsible for transferring R&D products to mass production, tracking and solving design problems in the production process, improving the design, and increasing yield.

• Master's degree in microelectronics, integrated circuit, and other related majors and more than five years of experience in CMOS, BCD process analog mixed-signal IC design;
• Solid knowledge of analog circuits, familiar with semiconductor device physics and CMOS integrated circuit manufacturing process;
• Have the ability to design various analog IC and power products independently, can do simulation verification, layout design, test scheme formulation, and verification;
• Have profound analog/mixed-signal circuit design background, and be familiar with the whole process of digital-analog hybrid chip design;
• Proficient in analog, power IC design, rich power management IC, and driver IC tape-out experience; the following project development experience is preferred: AD-DC, DC-DC, power device driver IC architecture and Design, BGR, LDO, OPAMP, Charge-Pump, Level shifter and other modules, IO design experience, ESD design, and failure analysis, etc.
• Understand the physical characteristics and process parameters of semiconductor devices
• Experience in IC layout design and parasitic parameter analysis
• Proficient in English. Chinese, German, French or Italian is a plus
• Those with successful tape-out experience are preferred
