Our ambition:
We are developing the Netrics Group with Netrics, GARAIO, Solify and future acquisitions from a classic IT integrator to a leading Swiss engineering company. For this, we are looking for a CTO who not only understands technology but also develops scalable business, a strong engineering organisation and repeatable solutions from it.

Your mission:
As CTO, you are responsible for the technology and engineering strategy of the entire group. You report directly to the CEO, are a member of the executive management and participate in board meetings.

You build an engineering organisation based on platforms, standards, reusable building blocks and strong teams.

• Technology Strategy:
  You develop the group-wide technology strategy and establish a common architecture governance.
• Netrics Engineering Platform (NEP):
  You are responsible for the vision, ownership and roadmap of our common delivery platform and thus industrialise the project business.
• Engineering Organisation:
  You establish a group-wide target operating model for Netrics, GARAIO, Solify and future acquisitions.
• Standardisation & Scaling:
  You develop reusable building blocks, blueprints, self-service and standards with which our delivery teams work faster and more efficiently.
• Talent & Capabilities:
  You build our engineering talent pipeline together with the People & Culture team.
• Service Innovation:
  Relevant technology trends – especially AI, Cloud, Data, Multi-Vendor – are translated by you into new, scalable service offerings.
• Customers & Growth:
  You lead selected strategic customers at CIO/CTO level and support strategic deals in pre-sales.
• M&A:
  You are responsible for the technology due diligence of acquisition candidates and shape their technological and organisational integration.
• Industry Strategy:
  You bring our engineering capabilities into concrete offerings and solutions for our target industries.

We are looking for a personality who brings together technology, people and business – strategically on equal footing with the board and executive management, commercially close to our customers and technically credible for our engineers.

• The ability to translate technological developments into a clear strategy, architecture and concrete investment decisions.
• Experience with platform engineering, cloud, automation, standardisation and modern software delivery.
• Several years of experience in building and leading scalable engineering organisations.
• Passion for developing engineers, architects and future technology leaders.
• Understanding of how technology creates customer value, growth, efficiency and margin.
• Confidence in exchange with CIOs, CTOs and other decision-makers as well as experience in strategic pre-sales.
• Enjoyment in driving change across multiple organisations and assessing technology in the M&A context.
