The Job
As Application Manager, you will :
- Manage portfolio of applications as service owner
- Manage Applications (Cloud and/or on-premises) including access, invoicing, licenses, monitoring, resources, roles, security, updates)
- Coordinate delivery of services to business and ensure IT Service's continuity
- Organize and provide technical implementations for all lifecycle changes
- Provide levels 2 and 3 of support
- Manage enhancement, corrective changes according to applications lifecycle
- Support new application deployment, infrastructure migration and upgrade projects
- Work closely with customers, define requirements and set expectations
- Provide and maintain end-user and technical documentations
