La Ville de Bienne recherche un responsable de l’exploitation et du développement du parc de véhicules (environ 350 unités) pour l’Inspection de la voirie. Vous coordonnez les acquisitions, gérez le coût total de possession et mettez en place des processus et directives.
Vous collaborez avec les partenaires internes et externes, et négociez avec les fournisseurs selon les marchés publics. Maîtrise du français et capacité à négocier en allemand souhaitées.
