Zu den Aufgaben gehören Annahme und Kontrolle der Rohwaren, Bedienung von Verarbeitungsanlagen, Überwachung der Prozesse, Reinigung und Hygiene; außerdem Bereitschaft zu Arbeiten in Geruchsumgebungen.
