As a joint venture between private-sector partners and public institutions, Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne provides innovation teams and companies with infrastructure, technologies and services in the fields of medtech, energy storage, Industry 4.0 and additive manufacturing.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us from 4 January 2027 as a

Internship Communication & Event Management

80–100% | 6 months

• Education or studies in communications, marketing, media technology, event management, business administration or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and an independent, reliable and proactive approach to work
• Good communication and writing skills
• Very good command of English and either German or French, with a good knowledge of the other language
• Regular and confident use of digital tools and artificial intelligence applications such as ChatGPT
• Interest in innovation, technology and events, as well as occasional availability outside regular working hours

• Create and publish content for social media, newsletters and websites
• Write press releases, success stories and other communication materials
• Produce photos and videos, presentations and promotional materials
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of communication campaigns
• Support the promotion, organisation and execution of events
• Communicate with participants, partners and other external stakeholders

You will join an innovative team in a modern working environment, with varied tasks and hands‑on experience in communications, marketing and event management. You will work closely with our teams, partners and innovation ecosystem.

The position is primarily based on‑site at Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne.
