Spitalzentrum Biel / Centre hospitalier Bienne recherche un(e) Chef(fe) d'équipe des instrumentistes. Dans ce poste, vous serez chargé(e) de l'organisation et de la direction de l'équipe pour garantir une prise en charge optimale des patients au bloc opératoire.
Une expérience confirmée en bloc opératoire et un diplôme d'infirmier(ère) instrumentiste sont requis. Ce rôle exige également des compétences en leadership et une maîtrise des normes d'hygiène. Des conditions de travail attractives et des possibilités de formation continue sont offertes.
