On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently seeking an experienced Boutique Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead a prestigious luxury boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader with a strong background in luxury sales, team management, and client experience.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with the highest luxury retail standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results.
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand's image and values.

• Mandatory experience in the watchmaking, luxury, or fine jewellery industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly customer-oriented with a passion for luxury retail.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and English (mandatory) Any additional language is considered a strong advantage.
