Job description

• Define and implement retail strategies in line with the company strategy
• Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
• Identify and implement international growth opportunities in partnership with Brand Managers
• Define and monitor performance metrics qualitative and quantitative to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy
• Set and analyze KPIs for each boutique including turnover, footfall, conversion rates, CRM activities and marketing activities as well as FTEs
• Define the tone of voice of each CRM tool, implement a hospitality program within the boutiques and monitor the marketing retail calendar
• Transmit retail competences to sales staff by setting a yearly plan with the training team and review the mystery shopping results
• Develop retail capabilities through training, coaching and continuous improvement programs
• Follow up the projects related to new boutiques, refurbishments and required modifications
• Prepare and follow up all retail future projects through the SWATCH GROUP guideline for the retail committee
