Eine soziale Organisation in Biel sucht eine Koordinatorin für ein neues Mädchenhaus, um 14- bis 20-jährige Frauen, die von Gewalt betroffen sind, zu unterstützen. Sie leiten das sozialpädagogische Team, gestalten das Projekt von Anfang an und übernehmen Verantwortung für die Qualität der Dienstleistungen. Wünschenswert sind ein Hochschulabschluss in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialarbeit sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamleitung und Beratung. Selbständigkeit und bilingualer Umgang sind notwendig.
