Stiftung Dammweg in Biel sucht eine/n Mitarbeitende/n Wohnen (50%) zur Begleitung von Bewohnenden mit Beeinträchtigung. Sie unterstützen im Haushalt, begleiten bei Alltagsaufgaben und fördern Selbstbestimmung sowie gesellschaftliche Teilhabe.
Sie planen gemeinsam mit Bewohnenden abwechslungsreiche Freizeitaktivitäten, beraten Angehörige und arbeiten eng im Team zusammen. Eine Ausbildung zur Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder Sozialpädagogik wird erwartet;
Bereitschaft zu unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten
