Stiftung Dammweg sucht eine Sozialpädagog:in bzw. Arbeitsagog:in für 60–70 % Teilzeit, um Jugendliche mit besonderem Bedarf zu begleiten und sie im Berufswahlprozess zu unterstützen.
Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team, entwickeln Bildungs- und Förderpläne, erstellen Beurteilungen und Berichte und tragen zur Planung von Projekten und Pop-ups bei. Voraussetzungen: HF/FH in Sozialpädagogik oder Arbeitsagog, gute Französischkenntnisse, Führerschein.
